Home prices were on a steam roll to recovery in Columbia SC during 2013 and January 2014 started out the gate with a BANG!. Where many other states saw a slower market.Now Columbia SC home sales seem to be slowing down. I will attribute the slow down to our winter storms. Which we all know is very unusual for Columbia SC.
